Service
We will do our utmost to ensure that you are provided
with the widest possible selection of equipment and
materials, every day of the year. We also strive to send
this merchandise to you in the quickest possible
fashion. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within
24 hours of receipt of your order.
Back Orders
We try to maintain a complete inventory of all items
listed online. If a situation arises where we
are unable to complete your entire order, the items on
hand will be shipped and you will be notified of any
back-ordered items. If, at that time, you wish to cancel
your remaining order, a refund check will be issued on
pre-paid orders. On credit card sales, your card will
not be charged until the merchandise is ready to ship.
Special orders will be charged at the time the order is
placed.
All back orders are given priority when new merchandise
arrives at our shop, so your wait should be a short one.
No back orders will be held longer than 30 days.
Defective Merchandise
Most manufacturers will not allow us to enforce their
warranty programs. All defective merchandise must be
returned to the manufacturer for their inspection. We
can only serve as the shipping agent in these matters.
Prices
Prices will be honored through September 30, 2007. Price
changes from the manufacturers may then take effect for
2008. We are not responsible for any typographical
errors.

Phone Orders
For your convenience, we have a toll-free number serving
the U.S. For orders, call (800) 535-6633. Please have
your order and charge card information ready when you
call. Orders will be shipped immediately upon credit
card approval.
Internet Orders (www.bobmarriotts.com)
Order from our secure online catalog. There are several
ways to process your order. A secure online transaction
is the fastest method and requires the use of a major
credit card. Or, your order can be provided in a
printable format, which you can add payment information
to and fax or mail in. You can also use this printed
copy to call in your order.
Payment Methods
Charge your order to American Express, Visa,
MasterCard or Discover. Please provide account number
and expiration date. Bank drafts, money orders, personal
checks and cash are also acceptable forms of payment. We
cannot, however, be held responsible for cash payments
sent by mail. Any original gift certificates, vouchers,
and coupons you have must accompany your order to
receive credit. Faxed copies are not accepted.

Repairs
As with our defective merchandise policy, we can only
serve as the shipping agent where repairs are concerned.
We cannot determine fault, enforce warranties or control
the timeliness of repairs. Payment must accompany all
repairs.
Shipping Information
United Parcel Service
Orders are automatically shipped via UPS Ground unless
otherwise specified. UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day
service is also available. Please call for more details.
Federal Express
Federal Express Priority, Standard and Economy service
is also available. Current Federal Express charges will
apply.
Foreign Orders
All foreign orders will be shipped via UPS International
or Federal Express and charged accordingly. United
States Postal Service is not available for shipments
outside the U.S. To meet export requirements, additional
time may be needed to prepare these orders. No quotes
will be given on shipping rates to locations outside the
U.S.
All foreign orders require a phone number.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. containing animal
products such as feathers, hairs, furs, skins, etc. will
automatically incur a $35.00 health certificate fee. All
foreign governments require this certificate for animal
products entering their countries.
Parcel Post
U.S. Mail Parcel Post shipping is unavailable. Due to
the insurance maximums and the fact that packages cannot
be traced for 60 days after a loss, we do not offer this
service through our shipping department.
Our Guarantee
We personally guarantee that every item in our catalog
will meet with your full satisfaction. If, for any
reason, you are not fully satisfied, return the item in
original condition, within seven days (of receipt) and a
full refund will be issued. Please enclose a note with
the reason for the return.
Note: Book, video and software sales are final with the
exception of defective merchandise. |
