Hubbard's Yellowstone Lodge
Located on the shores of
Merrell Lake and surrounded by majestic mountains, the
lodge consists of four buildings, all with their own
character and charm. The main lodge is a stunning log
building with nine guest rooms. It also contains
complete dining facilities and an adjacent bar that are
perfect for resting before and after a great day of
fishing or simply enjoying the serene environment only
Montana can provide. Four additional guest rooms are in
the nearby Tom Miner Lodge with views of the lake and
the meandering Yellowstone River. Two more guest rooms
are nestled in the rear of the original Yellowstone
Lodge with breathtaking views of Paradise Valley and the
Yellowstone River. The newest building, Angler's Arms,
contains four room and two porches.
Nowhere in Montana are the fly fishing opportunities as
great as you will find near Hubbard's Yellowstone Lodge.
Merrell Lake, a 90-acre lake with trophy rainbow trout,
brown, and cutthroat, is the private playground for all
the guests. In addition, explore the numerous other
fishing destinations within a short drive of the lodge.
The lodge offers fly fishing trips on the Yellowstone
River, the many waters of Yellowstone National Park, the
world famous Spring Creeks, small creek fishing on Tom
Miner Creek, and horseback trips to Ram's Horn Lake.
Besides these well-known fishing spots, there are dozens
of other rivers, streams, and lakes in the area! |
