Morrison's Rogue River Lodge
Nestled along the idyllic bend in the legendary Rogue River of Southern Oregon, Morrison's has been catering to steelheaders since 1946.

The Hanten family has owned and operated this historic lodge for 44 years and continues a tradition of offering the highest quality service and guides available. Steelheading is at its best in the fall, while the beauty of the Autumn foliage unfolds.

The Rogue is one of only two rivers in the United States that boast "half-pounder" runs of mighty trout-sized steelhead. Adult steelhead range from five to ten pounds. Guided fishing combines drift boat and wade fishing to suite the expertise of each angler.

Accommodations of Morrison's Rogue River Lodge are first class in cozy river view cottages with fireplaces and private baths. Dining is a consummate pleasure. Look forward to distinctly gourmet cuisine at each meal. The atmosphere at the lodge is casual.

Facilities include a fully-equipped tackle, clothing and gift shop. There are plenty of activities for non-anglers as well. A heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts and putting green are available for all the guests. Great hiking and mountain-biking trails are close by, too.

Anglers or soon-to-be anglers can take advantage of Fly Fishing Instruction Packages, and three day Steelhead Fly Fish Schools in September 2008.

During the summer months Morrison's lodge is very popular for guided white water rafting trips through the Rogue River's "wild and scenic" section.
