Sage 6000 Series Reels

Description

6000 series reels are built for hooking and playing big game in saltwater fisheries. 6000 reels series were designed around the Sage exclusive SCS drag system that creates a silky smooth resistance while efficiently dissipating heat. It does all this with a minimum of weight, allowing fishermen more line feel and the ability to make more casts without fatigue. This sealed system is impervious to water, sand and grit, requiring no maintenance beyond simple rinsing.

Took this reel and a Xi3 8wt to Kiribati and never once did I have a problem with it. It is smooth as silk and the sealed drag was a blessing when it
got submerged trying to wrangle the monster GT I gingerly pulled in with it.rnrnExcellent value for the money. I won't fish saltwater without it.
