The 11'6" rod will meet the expections of the angler who has a desire for the switch rod application with slighty shorter heads and heavier tips. Great in the surf for casting overhead, as well as spey style on a smaller steelhead or Atlantic salmon stream. Grain weight ranger would be 430-469 grains.
The 12'3" Is slightly longer for a great balance on line weight, this rod will be the next step up from the 11'6". Depending on your fishing application, this rod will run in the range of 493-524 grains.
