Small, high quality spring loaded pliers rotate smoothly, making it easy to wind and control hackles. A rubber sleeve over one of the jaws prevents hackles from slipping off of the pliers. Also eliminates hackle tip damage. Small size fits comfortably in ones hand and is great for tying midges and other tiny patterns.
