A hand tied 6 ft (1.8 m) leader of ultra hard, tough saltwater nylon, tapering from a twisted double strand of 22 lb class tippet butt material and finishing with a 24" section of shock tippet. A Bimini knot in the end of the 22 lb class tippet ensures the ultimate in protection, and a perfection loop in the twisted butt end makes it very easy to attach to a fly line or butt section.
