Delivery
All in stock items will ship within 2 business days. Items with EXPEDITED shipping will ship the same business day. EXPEDITED shipping orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day. In most instances orders placed before 10 AM Pacific time will ship that same day. You will be notified of any out of stock items. Backordered items will ship with no additional shipping charges. International orders will ship when the order is complete unless other arrangements have been made.

Easy Returns
If you are not satisfied with any part of your order send it back within 30 days for a refund. Sales items may only be returned for store credit and it is necessary that you contact us prior to returning the item(s). We will be as flexible as we can when handling your request.
Sales Tax
We pay the California sales tax on the selected categories of Rods, Reels, Waders & Footwear that are regularly priced at $100 or more. Sale items are excluded
Travel Rebate Program
When booking a trip with Wild on the Fly Adventure Travel Services you will be enrolled to receive 10% off of all product purchases once we have received your 50% deposit. This offer will be in effect until the conclusion of your trip. Upon conclusion, you will receive store credit, credit towards future travel, or a check. Please make reference to your "TRAVEL" status in the comments box so that we can accurately track your purchases. Sale items are excluded from this program.
